From hotel reservations and transfers to excursions and in-destination services – across our global network, guests rely on the DERTOUR DMC organisation as a trusted operational partner in international travel.
Our network comprises 21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs) with approximately 2,000 employees, operating from 71 offices across 31 destinations worldwide, serving around 4 million guests per year. Within this international travel ecosystem, stable and reliable operational systems are essential to ensure seamless service delivery.
We are currently looking for a Junior Finance Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Finance team in Palma de Mallorca. We offer a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in our Palma de Mallorca office, 2 days remote and a salary range of €25.000 - €30.000 per year based on experience.
Your Key Tasks
- Review and supervise accounting entries related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze revenue, expenses and provisions, ensuring the reliability of financial information.
- Monitor balance sheet accounts and perform accounting reconciliations.
- Review customer and supplier ageing reports, following up on outstanding balances and debt.
- Review profit and loss statements and analyze variances against forecasts.
- Prepare and review information required for tax filings and liaise with external advisors.
- Support monthly closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
- Prepare periodic financial reporting for management and the corporate group.
- Enter and validate financial data within internal systems, including budgets, forecasts and reporting tools.
- Support external audits by providing the required information and documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, proposing initiatives aligned with management objectives.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax or reporting processes.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting and month-end closing procedures.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
- Experience with financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Excel or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within an international organization.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
