The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of all Food & Beverage outlets within Aldiana Club Naga Bay. The role ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, achievement of financial objectives, compliance with company standards, and the development of a high-performing F&B team while delivering memorable dining experiences aligned with the Aldiana Club brand.
Your Tasks
- Develop and implement the annual Food & Beverage business plan
- Establish departmental goals, budgets, and performance indicators
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency
- Ensure alignment of F&B operations with the club strategic objectives and brand standards
- Oversee all Food & Beverage venues including restaurants, bars, events, beach and pool outlets
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service standards
- Monitor daily operations and take corrective action when necessary
- Ensure all outlets operate efficiently and profitably
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain talented F&B professionals
- Maintain compliance with company policies, HACCP standards, and local health regulations
Your Profile
- Total of 15 years of Food & Beverage experience in luxury resorts or international hotel brands
- Experience managing multiple outlets, Club concepts, and large-scale of Bars operations is preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Advanced financial and commercial acumen
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and quality management systems
- Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage
