Was dich bei uns erwartet
- Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining databases and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process by preparing documentation, coordinating orientations and activities
- Identify training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives
- Act as the first point of contact for employees addressing inquiries, and redirecting them to the appropriate areas
- Provide administrative support for the HR department, including document management
- Assist in organizing internal events
Dein Profil
- Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Creativity in content creation for employer branding initiatives
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency desirable)
- Able to manage multiple priorities while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
