Was dich bei uns erwartet
You’ll gain deep insights into key areas of leisure hospitality and tourism operations. The focus is on management and leadership tasks, preparing you for a responsible role within our hotel teams or corporate tourism environment.
- Work closely with hotel management, supporting operational and administrative duties
- Take on your own projects and responsibilities after an initial training phase
- Depending on your previous experience, you’ll go through a personalised trainee plan across departments such as front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, entertainment or spa
Dein Profil
- Initial leadership experience in hospitality or tourism (e.g., front office, F&B, guest entertainment)
- A passion for being a host and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident handling of MS Office tools
- Degree in tourism/hospitality or a completed vocational training in hotel management
- Valid EU passport and willingness to relocate internationally
