At Playitas Resort we are looking for a Bar Manager (m/f/d) with energy and enthusiasm to join our team! We are seeking someone responsible, dynamic, and with proven experience in the nightlife and hospitality industry. Your tasks
- Manage and supervise the operations of our bars, ensuring high-quality service.
- Be responsible for creating and executing the beverage menu – impress us with your creativity!
- Lead and motivate our fantastic team of bartenders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Interact with guests, making sure they fully enjoy their experience in our bars.
- Work closely with other resort departments to deliver a seamless service experience.
- Resolve issues and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
- Support the organization of special events and themed nights.
- Stay up to date with the latest cocktail and mixology trends.
Your profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality and nightlife.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, classic cocktails, and signature creations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong guest focus and service mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
