Our network comprises 21 Destination Management Companies (DMCs) with approximately 2,000 employees, operating from 71 offices across 31 destinations worldwide and serving around 4 million guests per year. Reliable systems and efficient business processes are essential to ensure smooth operations across this global travel environment.
As DMC Business Analyst, you translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and support the stability of our operational system landscape across all destinations.
As collaboration across the network is primarily aligned with European headquarters and stakeholders, availability within reasonable European working hours is required.
Dein Aufgaben
Project-Focused Business Analysis
- Identify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the global DMC network
- Translate operational needs into structured technical specifications to support system configuration, integration and implementation
- Conduct GAP analyses and evaluate feasibility of new features within complex travel system environments
- Map, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across booking, transfer and excursion operations
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technology teams
- Support testing processes including UAT, regression testing and functional validation
- Ensure structured communication between project leads, business owners and technology partners
Operational Excellence & Application Collaboration
- Act as key liaison between DMC business units and the Application Support team
- Support daily operations by analysing and resolving system and process challenges
- Identify recurring issues and translate them into sustainable system or process improvements
- Ensure smooth adoption of system changes through structured clarification and communication
- Contribute to the stability, scalability and continuous optimisation of mission-critical DMC applications
Deine Stärke
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale system or transformation environments
- Strong background in requirements engineering, system implementation and collaboration with third-party technology providers
- Solid understanding of travel industry operations, ideally within a Destination Management Company (DMC) or comparable service-driven organisation
- Ability to translate complex operational processes into structured and scalable technical solutions
- Strong analytical mindset combined with confident stakeholder management across senior leadership, operational teams and technical experts
- Structured, solution-oriented and ownership-driven working style
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
