GoVacation Dominican Republic is a full-service destination management company in the Dominican Republic managed by experts with over 30 years of experience in tourism. The company has been growing continuously and our staff is a dynamic team that provide a personal, friendly, and flexible service to our visitors.
Deine Aufgaben
- Oversee the daily execution of excursions, transfers, and other operational services
- Coordinate operational activities with destination representatives, drivers, suppliers, airports, and internal teams
- Monitor schedules and service delivery to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Maintain accurate operational records, passenger lists, vouchers, and service documentation
- Manage operational incidents, last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
- Provide ongoing support to destination representatives and proactively escalate service, quality, or safety issues
- Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and policies
Dein Profil
- Previous experience in tourism operations, hospitality, a DMC, or a tour operator environment is preferred
- Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage incidents and work effectively under operational pressure
- Availability to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays according to operational needs
- Residence in Punta Cana or willingness to relocate.
