“I began working for DERTOUR Destination Services 25 years ago as a representative – back then the company was still called LTU Touristik. My first season was in Fuerteventura, followed by many other destinations including Bangkok, the Dominican Republic, Montenegro, the Balearic and Canary Islands, mainland Spain, Egypt, Tunisia and Portugal. I am still travelling to destinations today to be there for our customers.
Being a representative gave me the chance not only to visit a country, but to truly live there – to get to know the traditions, the way of life, and to look behind the scenes of ‘holiday life’. It has been, and continues to be, a great experience.

“My journey at DERTOUR Group commenced in March 2003 as an assistant in the Hotel Payment Department, a project that was just beginning to be implemented in the Incoming Agency Go Caribic SRL, now called Go Vacation Dominican Republic.
My interest in quality work, fulfilling assigned tasks in an efficient manner, collaborating in the automation of the process of registration and payment of invoices, gave way to receiving new assignments, new destinations and responsibilities, contributing to the gradual growth of the Department, which allowed me to grow professionally, moving on to become Supervisor of the Department.
Thanks to several training programs and new projects, it allowed me to acquire new knowledge, and today be the head of the Invoice Control Department. This also allowed me to have the pleasure of meeting, share professionally and personally with some colleagues from DERTOUR Group and to maintain a great friendship with them.”
