Deine Aufgaben
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns targeting leisure, corporate, and sports segments
- Manage social media presence and create engaging multi-channel content
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and propose actions
- Develop promotional materials and coordinate photo/video productions
- Support sales activities by preparing tailored proposals and maintaining a structured pipeline
- Represent the resort at industry fairs, workshops, and networking events
- Ensure consistent branding and contribute to initiatives in sustainability and guest experience
Wir bieten
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field; 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality/tourism
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German valued; Spanish/other European languages a plus
- Confident with social media, digital marketing tools, and trends (e.g., SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing)
- Proficient in content/design tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong multitasking and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Interest in sports and an active lifestyle is a plus
