DTS Greece is part of the international Destination Management Company (DMC) network of the DERTOUR Group.
Our global DMC network comprises 21 companies with around 2,000 employees, supporting approximately 4 million guests per year across a wide range of destinations.
Our teams provide end-to-end destination services including hotel bookings, transfers, excursions and tour guiding, ensuring high operational quality on the ground.
DTS Greece is headquartered in Heraklion, Crete, and represents a key destination within the DERTOUR Group DMC portfolio.
Deine Aufgaben
- Overall responsibility for the finance department with a strong hands-on mindset
- Preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Greek Local GAAP
- Financial reporting to local management and the international DERTOUR Group head office
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet)
- Cash flow management including clients, suppliers and banking relationships
- Responsibility for tax calculations, tax compliance and payments
- Establishment and further development of internal control systems and risk management
- Analysis and steering of financial KPIs to support business decisions
- Supervision and development of the finance team, including feedback, training and talent development
- Close cooperation and sparring with the CEO and Group CFO on strategic and operational decisions
- Oversight of daily accounting operations and close collaboration with operational departments
Dein Profil
- 5–8 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a senior or leadership role
- Proven experience in group structures and international reporting environments
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, IC reconciliation and Greek Local GAAP
- Solid background in financial reporting, budgeting and controlling
- Experience working with targets and performance-driven organisations
- Hands-on, business-minded leader with strong communication and team skills
- Fluent in Greek and English; German is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office and SAP
